From Boston (A52):

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. At Clock Tower roundabout, turn right (third exit) and immediate left into Drummond Road. Brackenhurst Guesthouse is on the right in about 1/4 mile.

From Lincoln:

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. At Clock Tower roundabout, turn right (third exit) and immediate left into Drummond Road. Brackenhurst Guesthouse is on the right in about 1/4 mile.
