The Brackenhurst Guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area, within minutes walking distance to the promenade, sea front and the shopping centre.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable residents T.V. lounge, cosy breakfast / dining room and 9 comfortable bedrooms.

Children are most welcome and travel cots and high chairs are provided at no extra cost.

An electric scooter and wheelchair is available for residents use free of charge (subject to availability). One ground floor bedroom is available (see below) which is very popular with partially impaired visitors.

We offer a variety of bedrooms, most of which have en-suite facilities (W.C. hand basin and shower, or W.C. and hand basin).

Family bedrooms are also available, comprising double bed and bunk beds. We also have a family unit comprising main bedroom and partitioned bunk bedroom.

Single rooms are also available.

The Brackenhurst is open throughout the whole year and offer exciting Christmas breaks.

Our 2007 Christmas package begins on the 24th December through to 27th December, please check us often for the latest information.

Normal prices for 2007 (excluding bank holidays) range from £20.00 to £25.00 per person per night, based on room and breakfast accommodation.
